বরাক উপত্যকা বঙ্গ সাহিত্য ও সংস্কৃতি সম্মেলন-এর তত্ত্বাবধানে দূর-শিক্ষাকেন্দ্র, এক-বৎসরকালীন বাংলা ভাষা ডিপ্লোমা পাঠক্রম পরিচালনা করে। এই পাঠক্রমটি আসাম সরকার কর্তৃক স্বীকৃত- বিজ্ঞপ্তি নং :-

• আসাম সরকার কর্তৃক স্বীকৃত যে কোনও বোর্ড/কাউন্সিলের মাধ্যমিক শিক্ষান্ত পরীক্ষা বা তার সমমানের (দশম শ্রেণী) পরীক্ষায় উত্তীর্ণ প্রার্থীরা এই পাঠক্রমে ভর্তির জন্য যোগ্য।
• ভর্তির জন্য প্রার্থীদের বাংলা বর্ণমালার প্রাথমিক জ্ঞান একটি পূর্বশর্ত এবং প্রার্থীদের অবশ্যই সাবলীলভাবে বাংলা পড়তে, বুঝতে ও লিখতে সক্ষম হতে হবে।
• চাকরিজীবী প্রার্থীদের ভর্তির জন্য যথাযথ কর্তৃপক্ষের কাছ থেকে প্রয়োজনীয় পূর্বানুমতি/এনওসি নিতে হবে।

নিম্নে বর্ণিত তিন-পর্যায়ের প্রক্রিয়ার মাধ্যমে সম্ভাব্য শিক্ষার্থীরা এই পাঠক্রমে ভর্তি হতে পারবে।

• এ পাঠক্রমে ভর্তির জন্য আগ্রহী শিক্ষার্থীদের, নির্ধারিত সময়সূচি অনুযায়ী নিবন্ধনের জন্য আবেদন করতে হবে। সময়সূচি ও নিবন্ধনের জন্য আবেদনপত্রের লিঙ্কটি এই ওয়েবসাইটে (https://barakbanga.in) পাওয়া যাবে।
• আবেদনকারীদের সাম্প্রতিক পাসপোর্ট-আকারের রঙিন ছবি প্রস্তুত রাখার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে। ছবিটি পরিষ্কার হতে হবে এবং এটি সেলফি বা আলংকারিক প্রোফাইল ছবি হওয়া চলবে না।
• আবেদনকারীদের বৈধ ছবিযুক্ত পরিচয়পত্র - আধার, প্যান বা ইপিক (ভোটার আইডি) কার্ডের যেকোনো একটি প্রস্তুত রাখার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে।
• ভর্তির সময়সূচী অনুসারে নিবন্ধিত আবেদনকারীদের তালিকা তাদের অ্যাডমিট কার্ডের সাথে প্রকাশ করা হবে এবং তা এই ওয়েবসাইটে পাওয়া যাবে।

• ভর্তির জন্য, লিখিত পরীক্ষা এবং ব্যক্তিগত সাক্ষাৎকার-এর মাধ্যমে প্রার্থীদের যোগ্যতা মূল্যায়ন করা হয়।
• সাধারণত শিলচর, শ্রীভূমি এবং হাইলাকান্দির নির্দিষ্ট পরীক্ষা কেন্দ্রে লিখিত পরীক্ষার আয়োজন করা হয়। ব্যক্তিগত সাক্ষাৎকার শুধুমাত্র শিলচরের "বঙ্গভবন"-এ আয়োজিত হয়।
• ভর্তির জন্য প্রার্থীদের বাংলা বর্ণমালার প্রাথমিক জ্ঞান একটি পূর্বশর্ত। প্রার্থীদের অবশ্যই সাবলীল ভাবে বাংলা পড়তে, বুঝতে ও লিখতে সক্ষম হতে হবে। ভর্তি পরীক্ষার মাধ্যম বাংলা; মার্কস ও সময় নিম্নরূপ:-
  (ক) লিখিত পরীক্ষা: পূর্ণ মান: ৩০, উত্তীর্ণ মান: ১৫ এবং সময়: ১ (এক) ঘন্টা;
  (খ) ব্যক্তিগত সাক্ষাৎকার: পূর্ণ মান: ২০, উত্তীর্ণ মান: ১০ ।
  
• লিখিত পরীক্ষাতে বাংলা হস্তলিপি এবং বাংলা ভাষার নিম্নলিখিত বিষয়ের উপর গুরুত্ব দেওয়া হবে:
  অক্ষরজ্ঞান, সংখ্যা, বানান, শব্দার্থ (ইংরেজি-বাংলা, বাংলা-ইংরেজি), অনুবাদ (ইংরেজি-বাংলা, বাংলা-ইংরেজি), সমার্থক শব্দ, বিপরীতার্থক শব্দ এবং বাক্য রচনা।
• ব্যক্তিগত সাক্ষাৎকারে প্রার্থীর বাংলা পঠন, কথোপকথন ও হস্তলিপির মূল্যায়ন করা হবে।
• লিখিত পরীক্ষায় সফলভাবে উত্তীর্ণ প্রার্থীদেরই কেবল ব্যক্তিগত সাক্ষাৎকারের জন্য ডাকা হবে। লিখিত পরীক্ষার ফলাফল প্রকাশের সঙ্গে সঙ্গে ব্যক্তিগত সাক্ষাৎকারের তারিখ ঘোষণা করা হবে এবং এটি প্রতিটি দিনের জন্য প্রার্থীর রেজিস্ট্রেশন নম্বর অনুসারে ধারাবাহিকভাবে শিলচরস্থিত বঙ্গভবনে আয়োজিত হবে।
• ভর্তির জন্য নির্বাচিত প্রার্থীদের চূড়ান্ত তালিকা “লিখিত পরীক্ষা এবং ব্যক্তিগত সাক্ষাৎকার”- উভয়ের সম্মিলিত মেধার উপর ভিত্তি করে তৈরি করা হবে।
• ভর্তির প্রতিটি নির্বাচন তালিকা যথাসময়ে https://barakbanga.in ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশ করা হবে।
• যে সকল প্রার্থী, মাধ্যমিক শিক্ষান্ত পরীক্ষা বা তার সমমানের (দশম শ্রেণী) পরীক্ষায় “বাংলা” তাদের অন্যতম বিষয় (এম.আই.এল.) হিসেবে অধ্যয়ন করেছেন, তারা "লিখিত পরীক্ষা" থেকে অব্যাহতিপ্রাপ্ত - তবে, তাদেরকে নির্ধারিত তারিখ অনুসারে ভর্তি প্রক্রিয়ার পর্যায়-১ এবং ৩ (নিবন্ধন এবং ভর্তি) অনুসরণ করতে হবে।

এ পর্যায়ে, ভর্তির জন্য নির্বাচিত প্রার্থীদের নির্দ্দিষ্ট তারিখ ও সময়ে নিম্নলিখিত নথিপত্র সহ ভর্তি কমিটির সামনে ব্যক্তিগতভাবে উপস্থিত হতে হবে এবং নথিপত্র যাচাই শেষে ভর্তির অনুমোদন সাপেক্ষে নির্ধারিত “ভর্তি-মাশুল” জমা^* দিতে হবে।

• সম্পূর্ণরূপে পূরণ করা “ভর্তির আবেদন পত্র”; (আবেদন পত্র https://barakbanga.in ওয়েবসাইটে পাওয়া যাবে)
• ৩ কপি পাসপোর্ট-সাইজের রঙিন ছবি (আবেদন পত্রের সঙ্গে জমা দিতে হবে);
  (নিবন্ধনের সময় জমা দেওয়া একই ছবি- এক কপি ফর্মের যথাস্থানে লাগিয়ে দিতে হবে)
• মাধ্যমিক শিক্ষান্ত পরীক্ষা বা তার সমমানের (দশম শ্রেণী) পরীক্ষার প্রবেশপত্র, মার্কশিট এবং শংসাপত্র
  -স্ব-প্রত্যয়িত ফটোকপি আবেদন পত্রের সঙ্গে জমা দিতে হবে;
  মূলকপি: তথ্য যাচাইয়ের জন্য ভর্তি কমিটির সদস্যদেরকে দেখাতে হবে;
• সচিত্র পরিচয়পত্র (সরকার অনুমোদিত যে কোনও একটি)।

• ভর্তির জন্য প্রার্থীদেরকে অবশ্যই ভর্তি কমিটির সামনে ব্যক্তিগতভাবে উপস্থিত থাকতে হবে। তবে, অত্যাবশ্যক কারণে যারা উপস্থিত থাকতে অক্ষম তারা তাদের পরিচিত একজন ব্যক্তিকে ‘প্রতিনিধি’ হিসাবে অনুমোদন দিতে পারেন- ‘প্রতিনিধি’-কে অবশ্যই, প্রার্থীদ্বারা লিখত অনুমোদন পত্র (অথরিটি লেটার), ভর্তির নথিপত্র এবং সচিত্র পরিচয় পত্র সহ ভর্তি কমিটির সামনে উপস্থিত থেকে ভর্তির যাবতীয় প্রক্রিয়া শেষ করতে হবে।
• যেসব প্রার্থীর স্থায়ী বাসস্থান কাছাড়, শ্রীভূমি বা হাইলাকান্দি জেলার বাইরে অথবা প্রতিবেশী কোনো রাজ্যে অবস্থিত, তারা লিখিত পরীক্ষার দিন ভর্তি প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন করতে পারবেন, যদি তারা ভর্তির জন্য যোগ্য হন। তবে, তাদের ভর্তি বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে উল্লিখিত প্রক্রিয়ার সব পর্যায় অনুসরণ করতে হবে। এছাড়া, তাদের পরীক্ষা কেন্দ্র হিসেবে ‘শিলচর’ নির্বাচন করতে হবে এবং এই সুবিধা গ্রহণের কথা হেল্প ডেস্কের মাধ্যমে ভর্তি কমিটিকে জানাতে হবে।

Admission Registration

 বাংলা

Distance Education Centre under the aegis of Barak Upatyaka Banga Sahitya O Sanskriti Sammelan conducts the One-year Diploma Course in Bengali Language (DCBL). The programme is recognised by the Govt. of Assam vide Notifications:-
No. ASE 313/2013/207A dated 01/06/2017 and
No. ASE 217/2014/240 dated 08/05/2020.

Minimum qualification for admission:

Candidates who have passed the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC)/ All India Secondary School (CBSE Class X) Examination of any Board/Council or its equivalent examination recognised by the Govt. of Assam are eligible for admission to DCBL.

Basic knowledge of Bengali alphabet is a prerequisite for admission and, it is expected that the candidates are capable of reading, comprehending and communicating in Bengali with considerable fluency.

"In Service Candidates" should obtain the necessary Prior Permission/NOC from the appropriate/competant authority prior to enrollment.

Admission Process:

Admission to DCBL is a 3-stage process designed to allow prospective students to enroll in the programme. This process includes the following stages :-

Stage–I (Online): REGISTRATION

Registration for Admission Test of DCBL programme will be accepted through Google Form- the link will be provided in the official website https://barakbanga.in. Interested students may apply for Registration as per the Admission Schedule to be announced by the Controller of Examinations, Distance Education Centre.

Applicants are advised to keep ready: -
(i) recent passport-sized color photograph (clear image having solid background and must not be a selfie or an ornamental profile photo) and,
(ii)  valid photo ID card – any one of Aadhar, PAN or EPIC (Voter ID) card.

List of Registered applicants will be published along with their Admit Cards as per the Admission Schedule and will be available in this website.

Stage–II (Offline): ADMISSION TEST
(Written Test & Personal Interview)

Admission Test consists of two integral components: Written Test and Personal Interview. These components will be collectively used to assess a candidate's eligibility for admission. Medium of the Admission Test is Bengali; marks and duration are as follows:
Written Test : Full marks: 30; Pass marks: 15 and
Duration: 1 (one) hour;
Personal Interview: Full marks: 20 & Pass marks: 10.

IMPORTANT INFORAMTION:

• Basic knowledge of Bengali alphabet is a prerequisite for admission. Candidates must be capable of reading, comprehending and communicating in Bengali with considerable fluency.
• The Written Test will focus on Bengali handwriting and the following topics of Bengali language:
  Alphabets, numericals, spelling, semantics (English-Bengali, Bengali-English), translation (English- Bengali, Bengali-English), synonyms, antonyms and sentence composition.
• The Personal Interview will assess candidate’s ability to read, write and speak in Bengali.
• Candidates who pass the Written Test will be called for Personal Interview to be held at Banga Bhawan, Silchar. Dates for Personal Interviews will be announced along with the result of the Written Test and it will be held serially according to candidates’ Registration Numbers, scheduled for each day.
• The final list of selected candidates for admission to DCBL programme will be based on combined performance in both the Written Test and Personal Interview. This selection list, along with admission dates, will be published as per the Admission Schedule and that will be available in this website.
• Candidates who have studied “Bengali” as M.I.L. subject in the Secondary Education Examination or its equivalent (Class 10) are exempted from the “Stage II: Admission Test” - however, they will have to follow Stages-I and III (Registration and Admission) as per the Admission Schedule.

Stage – III (OFFLINE): ADMISSION
(submission of Admission Form, verification of documents and payment of fees)

Dates of admission will be announced along with the publication of the list of selected candidates. The selected candidates are to appear personally before the Admission Committee at BANGA BHAVAN, SILCHAR on the scheduled date and time along with the following items. After verification, the candidate has to pay^* the requisite amount of Admission Fee subject to the approval of admission by the Admission Committee.

(A)  completely filled in Admission Form;
(Blank admission form will be available at https://barakbanga.in)

(B)  3 copies of passport size colour photographs- to be appended with the Admission Form;
(same photograph as submitted during Registration- one copy to be pasted in the appropriate place on the Form)

(C)  Admit Card, Mark Sheet and Pass Certificate- of HSLC or its equivalent examination:
-self-attested photocopies to be appended with the Admission Form;
-original copies: to be produced before the Admission Committee for verification and

(E)  Photo ID Card (any one copy of the Govt. approved Photo ID Card).

N. B.:

• Selected candidates who are unable to appear personally before the Admission Committee may authorize a person to appear before the Admission Committee along with Authority Letter, Valid Photo ID and all items as mentioned above.
• Admission for the applicants whose permanent residence is situated outside the districts of Cachar, Sribhumi and Hailakandi or in any neighbouring state may be completed on the day of Admission Test itself, if otherwise they qualify for admission. However, such applicants must follow all the stages of admission process mentioned in the Admission Notice. Further, they need to choose SILCHAR as their preferred examination center and to show documentary evidence for admission. They are advised to inform the Admission Committee through the Help Desk of their willingness to avail this facility.
